Summary:
The Agile Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects using Agile methodologies. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. The Agile Project Manager will contribute to continuous improvement efforts and drive the adoption of Agile best practices within the organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the successful completion of projects within agreed-upon timeframes and resource allocations.
2. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and progress tracking.
3. Coordinate and manage project activities, including task assignments, issue resolution, and risk mitigation, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
5. Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues through proactive communication, escalation, and resolution to keep projects on track.
6. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, methodologies, and practices to ensure consistent adherence and continuous improvement.
7. Monitor project performance, analyzing key metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and proactively address deviations from plan.
8. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, idea generation, and effective problem-solving.
9. Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders, providing clear and concise information on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Agile best practices, recommending and implementing improvements and enhancements to project management processes.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, delivering successful projects using Agile methodologies.
3. Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, frameworks, and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving project goals.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
7. Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
9. Agile Project Management certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), is preferred.
10. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of Agile project management.
